A corner post is where one parcel ends and the next begins.
Ohio is where the rectangular survey system was first laid out — the section-township-range grid that still governs how property gets described here. A corner post is the monument that marks the boundary. That's the name, and it's the whole idea: measurement, not adjectives.
Who runs this
I'm Jeremy Davis, a licensed real estate agent in Ohio with Real Brokerage, working Lancaster, Fairfield County, and southeast Franklin County. I'm an Iraq War veteran.
I've used the VA home loan benefit to buy, to build a custom home, and to refinance with the IRRRL twice — and at one point I carried two VA loans at the same time on two properties. Most veterans are told that last one isn't possible. It is, and the entitlement math is on this site.
Why this site exists
Almost every real estate site in this market says the same three things: prices are up, inventory is tight, now is a great time to list. That's true nearly everywhere, which makes it useless for deciding anything.
So I publish the numbers instead. Every figure on this site comes from the Columbus and Central Ohio Regional MLS, residential property only, pulled and republished monthly. The current reporting period is June 2026, pulled . When the data cuts against the sales pitch — and right now, on contract activity, it does — that goes on the page too.
What this site is not
There's no listing search here. There are plenty of good ones and I'm not going to build a worse one. There are no testimonials, because I'm not going to write placeholder ones. And I'm not a mortgage lender or a loan originator — nothing here is a loan approval, a rate quote, or a promise of terms. Your entitlement and your qualifying numbers come from a lender, and I'll point you to ones who do real VA volume in this market.
What I actually do
Represent buyers and sellers. Know which items a VA appraisal will flag before we go to market. Structure an offer so a listing agent doesn't talk their seller out of it on bad information. Tell you when the data says wait.
Where to go from here
What's your home worth?
A valuation built from the same MLS data the reports on this site are built from — recent comparable sales in your ZIP, current days on market, and where your price bracket actually sits. Not an automated estimate.
Looking to buy?
Tell me the price range and the areas you're weighing. I'll tell you what the numbers say about timing, which submarkets are moving, and what a competitive offer looks like right now.
